At Nurtured Skin, your time—and ours—is deeply valued. To ensure a smooth, respectful, and relaxing experience for every client, we kindly ask that you review and honor the following appointment policies.
Appointments are reserved especially for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask for advance notice so that the time may be offered to another client. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to remain respectful of scheduled appointments that follow, with the full service fee still applying.
To maintain a calm and welcoming environment, please arrive on time and prepared for your treatment. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may require a deposit or limit future booking availability.
For the health and safety of both clients and provider, we ask that you notify us in advance of any changes to your health, skin conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment.

Appointments should be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
You can conveniently schedule your appointment online through our booking platform.
All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled time.
A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Booking Policies
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
You can reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client.
Late arrivals will be charged for the full session, even if the treatment is abbreviated.
Late Arrivals
Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be issued for completed treatments.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and contactless payments. Cash is also accepted.
Refunds & Payments
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.
Avoid wearing makeup or applying skincare products to the treatment area on the day of your appointment.
Notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect your treatment.
Pre-Appointment Requirements
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients exhibiting signs of illness.
All treatment areas are thoroughly sanitized between each client to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Strict hygiene protocols, including wearing gloves and masks during treatments are followed, to prioritize client safety.
